ONE ADDRESS

Ceremony and reception under one roof.

Walk a candlelit aisle beneath the trusses, say the words, and turn the same room into your reception. No second address, no shuttle, no gap for your guests to fill. Roughly 10,000 square feet of weathered brick and exposed beams hold both halves of the day with room to spare. The building has seen more than 90 years of gatherings, and it wears every one of them well.

Many Nashville wedding venues hand you a required caterer, decorator or DJ. We don’t. You bring the outside vendors of your choice, which is one of the surest ways to save money on a wedding. It is what makes the depot an affordable wedding venue near Nashville that never feels like a compromise.

And you won’t have to limit your guest list. With open seating for up to 500, the whole family fits, and so do their plus-ones. Read more about the building on the space page.

FOUR STEPS

How booking works

01

Tour

Come see the depot in person. Tours are free and by appointment, and one walk down the floor is usually enough to picture your day.

02

Hold your date

Tell us the date you have in mind. We’ll check the calendar, walk you through pricing, and explain what it takes to hold it.

03

Plan with your vendors

Book the caterer, florist, DJ or band you want. We’ll help you map the room, the timeline and where everything lands.

04

Your day

Walk in, say the words, and celebrate on the largest dance floor in Gallatin. We keep the building running so you don’t have to.

AFTER DARK

The city's largest dance floor, and a night that runs late.

Over 1,400 square feet of open floor sits beneath the trusses, and it fills fast once the band starts. There is room for the first dance, the parent dances, and the moment the whole guest list joins in.

String lights overhead, a live band or a DJ, the cake table and the toasts. It all runs the way you planned it with your vendors. When the last song lands, gather everyone at the doors for the send-off.

Come stand on the floor during your tour. For most couples, that is the moment they decide.

A great event center, I’d suggest it to any one of my friends.

You can. Brides love the room because it has plenty of space to customize, and the brick and beams look good with a little or a lot. Ask us about setup and teardown windows when you tour.
