THE BUILDING

Built for freight. Kept for gatherings.

The building went up in 1926 as a freight warehouse station. Rail freight needed a long, open room under a strong roof, so the builders gave it metal trusses, concrete support columns and thick brick walls. Nearly a century later, all of it is still here and still doing the work.

That is the charm of the place. The concrete floor, exposed beams and weathered brick give the room an industrial feel with a modern edge, and a sense of nostalgia you can’t fake. At roughly 10,000 square feet, the space is big enough to hold whatever you’re planning.

Over 90 years the depot has passed through several owners, and each one brought renovations. What you see today is the sum of all that care: history on the walls, fresh work underneath. It’s why lifelong Gallatin folks light up when they walk in, whether for a wedding, a company gala or a craft fair.

WHAT THE ROOM GIVES YOU

Big, open, and yours to shape.

01

Open seating for 500

You won’t have to limit your guest list. Open seating for up to 500 means the whole company, the whole graduating class or both sides of the family can come.

02

The city's largest dance floor

Over 1,400 square feet of floor, the biggest in Gallatin. Enough for a first dance, a full band and everyone who wants to join in.

03

Bring your own vendors

Your caterer, decorator, DJ, band and florist are welcome here. We never force a vendor on you, which is good for the budget and better for the party.

04

Blank canvas

Past transformations include shabby chic, old world Paris, laid-back country, diamond elegance and under the sea themes. If you can picture it, the room can hold it.

The brick freight depot exterior and parking lot at 254 W Eastland St, Gallatin

Easy to find, easy to park.

You’ll find us at 254 W Eastland St in the heart of Gallatin, Tennessee. Nashville’s Broadway is about 26 miles away, close enough for out-of-town guests and far enough to feel like a night away from the city. Parking is easy, which matters at the end of a long evening.

Guests from Hendersonville and the rest of Sumner County already know the road. Open dates are one click away.

Cocktail hour has a home.

The bar sits right in the room, so cocktail hour happens where the evening happens. Your caterer or bartending service works from it, pouring what you’ve planned while guests find their seats and their friends. With the lights low and the brick behind it, it’s a natural place to gather.

Ask us about bar and alcohol policies when you tour, and we’ll walk you through how it works.

The 1,400 sq ft floor, seen from above.

Over 1,400 square feet of open floor, the largest in the city. It holds a first dance with room to spare, a full band and its crowd, or rows of craft fair tables with space to browse.

The rest of the 10,000 square feet wraps around it, so dinner, dancing and the quiet corners all share one room. See it dressed for real events in the photo gallery.
